Disney (DIS) reported weaker-than-expected fourth-quarter fiscal results after the closing bell on Wednesday. We are shocked and stunned by the poor performance, and we are certainly not alone. The stock fell about 7% in after-market trading. As shareholders in the club, we think it is time for a change of management.
