Is Nicolas Cage in the Disney + series ‘National Treasure: Edge of History’?

Disney’s National Treasure Series Twitter account has one post, but it’s one loaded.
The account sent its first tweet July 6, 2022, and the revealed title of the Disney + series: National Treasure: Edge of History. The title card includes a pyramid with an eye inside (called The Eye of Providence) instead of the ‘A’ in Treasure.
Jerry Bruckheimer, who produced the films, announced his intention to make a third film in early 2020, and then revealed plans for a series a few months later. The long-awaited Disney + series had a pilot script ready back in 2020, and now it seems that the project is ready to move on.
Fans reacted positively to the news. “I do not think you know how ready I am for this,” one person tweeted. “O LORD GOD, I AM SO GLAD THAT THEY DO THIS! Edge of History sounds incredibly AMAZING! I literally can not believe this. The #NationalTreasure franchise is a national treasure. Bring on US History vibes! ”Wrote another.
Still, many respondents wanted to know one thing – is Nicolas Cage involved? The Customization the star broke the rule of no sequels to make the second film, but he will show up Edge of History?
Will Nicolas Cage appear in ‘National Treasure: Edge of History’?
We know that Justin Bartha, who played the sarcastic and wise Riley in the two films, appears in National Treasure: Edge of History. The show’s IMDb page shows Lyndon Smith (Parenting) and Breeda Wool (Unreal, Mr. Mercedes) who appeared with Bartha in all 10 episodes.

The story on IMDb reads:
“A Latin American protagonist named Jess Morales, a 20-year-old DREAMer, sets out on an exploration to discover the mystery of her family history, trying with the help of her friends to recover historically lost treasures.”
The page does not show the actor who plays Jess, and it does not show Cage among the cast and crew. And Face Off the actor’s IMDb page does not show Edge of History among his projects. However, that does not mean that he could not get in for a cameo or guest star in several episodes. Disney tends to be tight-lipped about cameos or big guest stars appearing in the Disney + series.
Cage fans desperately want a third “National Treasure” movie
When Bruckheimer announced the third National tax film, Cage fans responded with excitement. The plots for the first two films were a bit long-winded, but they both turned out to be financially successful fan favorites, if not critical smashes.

National tax, which hit theaters in 2004, grossed $ 347.5 million worldwide, per Box Office Mojo. Nevertheless, Rotten Tomatoes rates it at only 46% fresh, and the film has the same score of 6.9 as Cages. Con Air on IMDb.
National Treasure: Book of Secrets from 2007 earned $ 459.2 million globally, but it was only 36% fresh with a rating of 6.5 on IMDb.
Will the long wait between movies be a problem? Not necessarily. Bruckheimer helped introduce Top Gun: Maverick to the big screen after 36 years of waiting, and that gave Tom Cruise his first billion-dollar movie. Avatar: The Way of the Water has intense buzz after 13 years between the movies.
