7/7 Yasopp (One Piece)

Yasopp is a member of the Red Hair Pirates, which is one of the four strongest pirate crews in One Piece. Yasopp had gained a lot of fame before joining the crew. Shanks was so impressed by the rumors of Yasopp’s strength that he personally sought him out.

Currently, it is very difficult to gauge Yasopp’s strength, as the Red Hair Pirates have hardly been involved in any major battles. But if Luffy’s statement was to be believed, Yasopp has never missed a single shot in his life. In addition, Yasopp boasts that he can hit an ant’s antenna from 100 feet away without damaging the rest of its body. It goes without saying that it would be an incredible feat for any sharpshooter.

Spike’s elite marksmanship is shown many times in the series.

5/7 Vash (Trigun)

Vash is one of the most famous anime snipers. He is the main character in Trigun. With a bounty of $60,000,000,000, Vash is the most wanted man in the world. He has been associated with disasters as he leaves much destruction in his wake.

Vash carries several weapons, but his most used weapon is a revolver that fires .45 Long Colt ammunition. Despite his reputation for being a fearsome man, Vash almost never shoots to kill. Another example of his marksmanship is the fact that he was able to change the trajectory of a car with just three shots.

4/7 Guido Mista (JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure)

Guido Mista used to be part of Bruno Bucciarati’s gang. He was one of the few people who decided to follow Bruno to the end. Like the other members of Bucciarati’s gang, Mista is also a Stand user. Mista’s Stand is called Sex Pistols, which is a long distance stand.

Unlike most stands, the Sex Pistols do not have a single humanoid body. Instead, the stand consists of six small units. The Sex Pistols improve Mista’s shooting abilities by quite a margin. They also have incredibly fast reaction speed, and on one occasion stopped three bullets from killing Mista.

3/7 Duke Togo (Golgo 13)

Duke Togo, better known as Golgo 13, is among the best assassins in the anime world. Whenever someone hires Duke Togo, they know they’re getting a cold-hearted and ruthless killer. As an assassin, he is skilled with various weapons, but his greatest asset is stealth.

2/7 Ryo Saeba (City Hunter)

Ryo Saeba was raised to be a killer. After undergoing rigorous training, Ryo became an incredible marksman with no obvious weakness. As brilliant as Ryo is in hand-to-hand combat, his skill with weapons far surpasses it.

Over time, Ryo mastered the art of shooting to the point that he could shoot the same spot on the target repeatedly. An example of Ryo’s sharpshooting is when he managed to hit a person across the subway platform and through a passing train.

1/7 Alucard (Hellsing)

When someone thinks of Alucard, they imagine him as a bloodthirsty demon who ravages everything in his path. However, there is a more human side to Alucard where he fights with firearms instead of his supernatural abilities.

Through Hellsing, Alucard was seen wielding two weapons to overcome his opponents; one was Casull and the other was called the Jackal. The Casul weighs 4kg and the Jackal 16kg, making it impossible for any normal human to use them, but then again, Alucard is the furthest thing from normal, so it was perfectly normal for him. Using these two weapons, Alucard can decimate a very large population of ghouls with no problem.
