However, many of the anime have been left with one season. Most of the time they are dropped on a whim and never picked up by the studios. This leaves fans in agony as they wait for an official announcement, which never comes.

Updated November 4, 2022 by Suzail Ahmad: Every year, different anime studios announce which manga they are adapting. These announcements always bring joy to fans, who have been waiting for their favorite manga to be animated. While the anime industry continues to grow, there is still a shortage of animators to work on the newer projects, and for an animation studio to pick up a new series, they have to drop an older one.

This is extremely heartbreaking for the fans of the particular series as they are unable to enjoy more episodes of their favorite anime. There are a few exceptions, but for the most part, the anime never returns for another season.
