Ayakashi Triangle Anime Reveals More Cast In New Video, Key Visual – News

The Jump Festa ’23 event on Sunday revealed more details for the TV anime adaptation of the Kentaro Yabuki‘s The Ayakashi Triangle manga. The anime’s staff revealed a new teaser trailer featuring new cast members, and an important photo.

The series premieres at Tochigi TV, Gunma TVand BS11 9 January at 01.00 (effective 10 January) before it is forwarded Tokyo MX, TV Aichiand YTV later that evening. Anime will also stream on dAnime Store at 1:30am, and on other streaming services in Japan at a later date. Crunchyroll will stream the anime as it airs and will dub anime in German at a later date.

Noriaki Akitaya (Bakuman., The castle town of Løvetan, Slow loop) directs the anime towards CONNECTwith Kei Umabiki as assistant director. Shogo Yasukawa (Hyperdimension Neptunia, Food Warrior! Shokugeki no Soma, The executioner and her way of life) is responsible for the series scripts. Hideki Furukawa (Strike The Blood IIIIV, FINAL, Battle Girls High School, Invaders of the Rokujyōma!?) designs the characters. Jin Aketagawa is sound manager, and Rei Ishizuka (A couple of cuckoos, PriPara) composes the music.

Viz Media and Shueisha both publish the manga in English digitally, and Seven seas publishes the compiled book volumes digitally and physically in English. Seven seas released the first uncut volume on November 1st, and will release the second volume on February 7th. Seven seas describes the story:

Teenager Kazamaki Matsuri has long been part of an elite force of ninja exorcists, tasked with fighting malevolent ayakashi spirits that threaten Japan – especially those after his childhood friend, the spirit medium Kanade Suzu. As he fiercely protects her, and his relationship with her blossoms from friendship to something more, a powerful cat ayakashi vows to get between the lovebirds: by casting a forbidden spell that turns Matsuri into a woman! With no obvious way to undo the spell, Matsuri must continue to fight the ayakashi—and return to school—in this new feminine body until he can find a way to return.

Yabuki launched the manga Shueisha‘s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine in June 2020. Shueisha will release the manga’s 12th compiled book volume on January 4th.

Yabuki (To Love-Ru -Trouble-, To Love-Ru -Trouble- Darkness, Black cat, Mayoi Neko run over!) most recently launched the manga adaptation of the original anime DARLING in the FRANXX on Shueisha‘s Shonen Jump+ website and app in January 2018, and ended the manga in January 2020. The manga has eight volumes.
